Service Description
If you’re in the Philadelphia Area, I’ll come to you! Otherwise, this is a Zoom offer. Bring some greater serenity to your girls’ night, or relax before you sit to chat in your bi-weekly book club. Give your family the gift of yoga at your annual reunion, or find gentle movement after you and your friends train for your marathon. Whatever private event you might have, I’m ready to show up and support you in moving joyfully on your mat. Workshops can include postures, meditation, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices. We can get creative in crafting what is right for you. (If you're interested in large-group events like 20+ people, please consider my Corporate Packages.)
Terms & Conditions
By submitting payment to and/or participating in Joyful Yoga Classes and Workshops, I agree to the following: 1. I am participating in yoga classes, health programs, workshops and/or other wellness programs (collectively, the “Activities”) offered by Joyful Yoga and/or its teachers, workshop presenters, employees and independent contractors (collectively, “JY”). 2. By participating in the Activities, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the Activities at the Studio, including those which may result from the negligence of JY. 3. I recognize that the Activities may require physical and mental participation and that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding participation in the Activities and take the physician’s advice. 4. I understand my physical limitations and I am sufficiently self-aware to stop or modify my participation in any Activity before I become injured or aggravate a pre-existing injury. I understand that JY reserves the right in its absolute discretion to refuse participation in an Activity. 5. I understand information provided through the Studio is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment by a physician, mental health practitioner, licensed dietitian or nutritionist, or any other licensed or registered health care professional. 6. I expressly waive any “Claim” (as defined below) I may have against JY. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Joyful Yoga from any loss, cost, or liability incurred in defending any Claim made by me or anyone making a Claim on my behalf, even if the Claim is alleged to or did result from the negligence of JY or anyone else. “Claim” includes but is not limited to any and all liabilities, claims, demands, suits, expenses, fees, damages, legal actions, rights of actions for damages, personal injury, mental suffering and distress, or death that I may suffer, my spouse, children or unborn child may suffer (including any legal fees or expenses)arising out of or in any way related to participation in any Activity. 7. I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue JY for any Claim caused by any negligence or other acts of JY. I acknowledge that I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated herein.
